Individual lessons are a beautiful way to learn about yoga, to develop a personal yoga practice, support recovery from injury or alleviate physical and mental health conditions.
A tailor made therapeutic yoga practice is devised for you which aims to support your wellbeing and life. Yoga therapy is the application and adaptation of yoga practices to alleviate physical and mental health conditions with the view of promoting physical, energetic, mental & emotional health.
As yoga therapists we value 1:1 relationships and achievable transformation, we align the unique health needs and interests of each client with bespoke yoga practices based on a centuries-old yoga tradition combined with medical science.
Sessions may include breathing techniques, postures, chant, meditation, relaxation techniques, or the promotion of behavioural changes.
It is a good way of helping with any physical problems such as back/knee/shoulder problems and also to counterbalance stress.
I offer a free 30 minute consultation where we can discuss how individual sessions may work for you. Subsequent sessions last for an hour, but can be longer if required.

Sessions can be in-person at my home or online.
Fee for 1:1 sessions: £50 for one hour or £225 for a 5 session block (to be used within 5 months of first session)
