Classes

  • Our group classes are run on a course basis. We have found this to be the best method to transmit what we teach.

    The practice of yoga will be firmly rooted when it is maintained consistently and with dedication over a long period.

  • Payment for all courses is non-refundable.  If you are unable to make one of the sessions we are happy to offer you a space in an alternative class.

  • Group classes can be booked here

Yoga Therapy Bookings

For Yoga Therapy appointments 24 hours' notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Please call 0781 3164181 or 07962 455122 or email us. Should you not turn up for an appointment or if you have given less than 24 hours' notice of cancellation, you will be required to pay the full cost of the appointment.

Online Classes

  • Our online classes are run on a course basis. We have found this to be the best method to transmit what we teach.

  • Online bookings can be made here

  • Payment for all online courses is non-refundable.  If you cannot make the live session/s we will send you a recording of the session.

Workshops

  • Our workshops are typically run as half or full days.

  • Workshop bookings can be made here

  • You may cancel any booking for a workshop if you give us 30 days or more notice of cancellation before its start date, although we will charge you an administration fee to process your cancellation. This administration fee is £5 where the cost of the course or workshop is less than £50 and is £10 where the cost is £50 or more.

  • If you wish to cancel within 30 days of the start date there will be no refund unless there is a waiting list for the event and we can transfer your booking to another applicant. The administration fee is also payable if we succeed in transferring your booking to someone else.

  • You may transfer your booking to someone else, but we ask that you let us know so that the substitute's name appears on the sign-in lists. Please do this by emailing us.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a course or workshop in the event of exceptional circumstances that means we are unable to offer the event as advertised or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the event for it to be commercially viable. Should this happen you will be given a full refund of fees you have paid.

Study Courses

  • Study courses are typically charged as a deposit & one or more additional payments.

  • The deposit secures your place on the course and is non-refundable unless there is a waiting list for the event and we can transfer your booking to another applicant. A 25% administration fee is also payable if we succeed in transferring your booking to someone else.

  • Study courses are complete courses and thus the whole course must be paid for irrespective of attendance at all days or weekends. However course handouts will be provided and students are offered up to to 1.5hrs individual tutorial time per day missed to catch up the material. This is subject to the tutor’s usual availability for one-one teaching and may be taken in person or via Zoom.

  • We would recommend applicants consider taking out event insurance in case they unavoidably cannot make course days.
