Initial Consultation
We offer a free 30 minute consultation where we can discuss any health challenges you may be facing and what you’d like to see from your work with yoga therapy. Consultations can be face to face, or via Zoom/Skype.
First Session
The first session will be for 90 minutes. Here we will discuss your personal history, how much time you have to practice and what interests you. We will then design a specific practice for you, we will teach you the practice and also draw it out for you to take away and practice at home with. Your feedback will be the basis of how we further refine and develop the direction of your practice.
Subsequent Sessions
Subsequent sessions are either to review your practice or further develop your practice. We usually meet people monthly - and often more frequently at the beginning.
