Zoë offers weekly yoga classes that can be attended from 14 weeks onwards providing a scan has confirmed your pregnancy is proceeding normally. The weekly sessions are an opportunity to share and gain mutual support from other mums to be.

Each and every pregnancy is unique, just as each and every woman is.  Having carried and given birth to my own daughter, I know what it is to be an expectant mother. I can facilitate a safe space for you to explore your pregnant self through yoga practice. You will learn to enjoy your ever-expanding body through mindful movement. Through gentle breath work, the bond you have with your growing baby will magnify. I will help prepare you mentally and emotionally for birth and beyond.

Aside from my own personal experience of pregnancy and birth, I have trained extensively as a yoga therapist and in Yoga for Pregnancy with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli author of Mothers Breath and Teach Yourself Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth.
