Anyone who wants to can practise Yoga. Anybody can breathe; therefore anybody can practise Yoga. But no one can practise every kind of Yoga.

Individual lessons are a beautiful way to experience yoga and cultivate a personal practice, whilst focusing on your individual needs.

I offer a free 30 minute consultation where we can discuss how individual sessions may work for you. Subsequent sessions last for an hour, but can be longer if required.

What happens?

Lessons are conducted in a spirit of collaboration. We’ll discuss what you’d like to see from your work with yoga, I’ll then develop and teach you a bespoke practice based on your needs and interests. It is also written down for you to take away and practice at home between sessions. Your feedback is important and will be the basis of how we refine and develop the direction of your practice.

Individual sessions are particularly useful for those people who:

  • are committed to developing a personal yoga practice.

  • would appreciate more detailed feedback and advice on their practice

  • would like to learn complex āsana

  • would like to develop a prāṇāyāma practice

  • would like to explore yoga’s rich philosophy by studying relevant texts

  • would like to learn to chant 

Sessions can be in-person at my home or online.

Fee for 1:1 sessions: £50 for one hour or £225 for a 5 session block (to be used within 5 months of first session)

Please note : Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged in full.
