about group classes

Group classes are an excellent way to learn about and experience the essence of yoga. I cultivate a teaching environment that provides space for you to explore mindful movement, breath work, meditation and rest, away from the demands of daily life.

My group classes follow a course structure, which I find most effective for teaching. Regular practice helps you gain the full benefits of Yoga. I understand that some people may not be able to attend a full course, so I set aside a few places per class for drop-in participants.

“The practice of yoga will be firmly rooted when it is maintained consistently and with dedication over a long period.”

— Chapter 1 Verse 14 | Yoga Sūtra of Patañjalī
