Blood sugar levels - why keeping these stable can help you & how to do this.
Phyto -oestrogen’s. How to increase oestrogen rich foods in the diet and how they can help menopause symptoms.
Calcium intake -osteoporosis risk increases with the menopause. A diet rich in calcium can help slow down the loss of calcium from your bones.
Insomnia - a significant symptom of the menopause and one that can potentially be helped with dietary modifications.
Gut health - there is an increasing body of evidence about what bugs we have in our gut can do to help our health. One of these benefits of a gut full of friendly bacteria is better mental health.
