During our time together I’ll invite you to embrace the vibrant energy of spring through lovely body and breath work, meditation and relaxation. I’ll ask you to listen inwardly to your own subtle rhythms which will encourage your body to gently awaken and relax. When the body and mind rest you can experience the vitality that constitutes you. New blossoms of you!
