Following on from the introduction to cakra (chakra) we will spend time exploring ‘root support’ or Mūlādhāra Cakra. Through specific meditations on body, breath and sound a stable posture and steady mind arise. As a result, you will feel secure and safe.
This 2hr workshop will blend theory and practice and is aimed to be experiencial rather than prescriptive. The workshop will include posture & breath work, guided meditations, simple sound work and space to rest and absorb the practices.
This workshop is open to all.
